MyBlindCo Enterprise offers a simple, efficient inventory management tool that alerts you when stock is low based on the minimum levels you set.

Using part numbers, we track your inventory and create purchase orders (POs) as needed. You’ll receive an email when it’s time to reorder, with a preset quantity on the PO, which you can confirm, modify, or hold.

Keep parts active in your BOM or remove them once inventory runs out. Most Rollease and Vertilux products are preloaded, so you won’t waste time entering parts. Adding new parts takes less than a minute with manufacturer details.

Inventory management has two key elements:

  1. Parts List: Enter your parts once with the correct details, and you’re done. You can now use them to generate Cut Sheets, Pick Tickets, and Labels.
  2. Inventory Tab: Easily track your current inventory. For each new component, add it to the system. If you already have an Excel inventory, we can import it for you.

Most products, like blinds and shades, are ready for production within a day. Special products like motorized roller shades can also be set up quickly. Our team supports you throughout the setup and testing process.
