Contact Page Enhancements

We’re excited to announce the launch of our newly redesigned contact page, packed with enhanced features to improve your workflow and provide greater transparency. This update includes a condensed version of your contact information with a strong focus on appointment history, making it easier than ever to manage customer interactions.

The updated layout features a summary view that shows essential details like the last appointment date and time, as well as the status of quotes and orders for each customer. With the revamped appointment history section, you’ll also have full visibility into when an appointment was updated or deleted, and who made those changes.

Plus, a convenient hyperlink in the appointment history section allows you to view other scheduled appointments for the same day and easily return to the contact page.

This central hub not only simplifies the process of viewing and managing appointment history, quotes, and orders but also enables users to create new appointments directly from the contact tab. No more navigating through the calendar page – everything you need is right at your fingertips.

How To Navigate The New Contact Page Enhancements

• The updated contact page includes a summary view on the right side, showing the last appointment time and day, last quoted, and status of quotes and orders for a customer.
• The revamped appointment history section provides transparency, allowing users to see when an appointment was updated or deleted, and by whom.
• A hyperlink in the appointment history section takes users to the appointment day, showing what else is scheduled on that day, and allows them to return to the contact page by clicking the back button.
• The contact page is a central location to view appointment history, quotes, orders, purchase orders, repairs, and add documents, pictures, and videos.
• Users can now create an appointment directly from the contact tab, which will also show appointment history and notes, eliminating the need to go through the calendar page.
