How to Generate a Purchase Order (PO) in the MyBlindCo Portal and App
Portal Instructions:
- Open the Company Manufacturer page.
- Enter your Account Number.
- Enter the Ordering Email (the email to the manufacturer’s customer service).
- Navigate to the Orders tab.
- In the row of the customer, click Action, then click View. (Note: the status MUST read Deposit Received to send a PO).
- Toggle the Order review button On.
- Click Generate PO. This will generate a list of POs per manufacturer within the order.
- Click Create a PO.
- Click Save.
- The PO will now appear in your Purchase Orders tab with a status.
App Instructions:
- In the Orders tab, click on the customer for whom you are sending a PO.
- Click Generate PO.
- In the Purchase Orders List that pops up, click Create PO.
- Click Save.
- The PO will now appear in your Purchase Orders tab with a status.
